Head Trainer

Mondays & Wednesdays - 6pm & 7pm

Evan grew up playing sports, mainly lacrosse, swimming, and water polo. He has been a personal trainer since 2011, found CrossFit in 2012 and was immediately hooked. It wasn't long before he got his L1 certificate and began coaching his clients and athletes using the CrossFit method. Evan has seen great improvements in his overall strength and fitness and is passionate about sharing that knowledge to others.

Martin has a B.S. in Physical Education with a background in competitive sports including water polo, swimming and bicycle racing.  He discovered Crossfit in 2007 and that the functional simplicity of the program  physically prepares you to take on new physical challenges and perform well in them.

Mondays & Wednesdays - 8:00pm

Janet was introduced to Crossfit about four years ago and has been hooked ever since. She has competed as a team member in two Southern California Regionals and as an individual in a few community based competitions. She loves teaching new skills and helping people reach PRs.


Sundays - 9:00am
Tuesdays - 6:00pm and 7:00pm

Kami has been a personal trainer since 2006 and was introduced to CrossFit in 2011. Since then, it has been CrossFit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (well, almost). He enjoys educating and preparing individuals for physical challenges of all kinds (whether it's lifting dumbbells or babies), en route to a healthier lifestyle.



Tuesdays & Thursdays - 6:30am

With a background in martial arts training and teaching (including a second-degree black belt in taekwondo), Frank started weightlifting in 2007 and started training in CrossFit in 2009. Wanting to share his passion for fitness and strength, he became a CrossFit certified trainer in 2011 and has been coaching at CrossFit Sunnyvale since 2012.
