Here is some pretty sweet slo motion footage of Caine Wilkes from the US. He ended up wining the Pan American Championship, in fact a number of American weightlifters did exceptionally well. Its always nice to see American weightlifters being successful at an international level. Our future in weightlifting looks bright!

I little technique review from the man Coach B! Watch closely for this is today’s strength work. Try to hold a little better position than the guy that demo’s the movement though ;)

Will Jason Khalipa defend his regional championship title again this year? Last he set the world record on “Jackie,” a performance that caught a lot of people by surprise. With the more gymnastics heavy workouts this year do you think he will set an world records? I am excited to see what happens this weekend. I hope to see some of you down there!
