Read this! Cannot agree more with Patrick on this article. It is important to understand the distinction between varied and random. And any good coach/programmer will know how to keep things varied but progressive and most importantly SAFE!

1a) Back Squat 1×5@70%, 1×5@80%, 1×3@85%, 1×2@90%, 1×1@100%
1b) 5×8 Strict Pull Up (add weight if possible)

4 Rounds for time:
5 KB snatches (50#/35#) or DB snatches (45#/30#), each hand
15 hand release push-ups
