Strength/Skill:
1a) 4×3 (each arm) Turkish Get Up – as heavy as possible with PERFECT form
1b) 4xME Tempo Pull Ups (quick up, 3 count hold with chin over bar, 3 count descent)

MetCon:
8 rounds:

20 seconds max rep KB snatches (50#/35#) or DB snatches (45#/30#) (switch arms each round)
10 seconds rest
20 seconds max rep hand release push-ups
10 seconds rest
20 seconds max rep goblet squats
10 seconds rest
20 seconds max rep toes-to-bar
