Here’s a great article about some lifting exercises to perform BEFORE you actually start your sets. These are great way to lock in technique before weight goes on the bar. Get a few muscle cleans in today before your sets of power cleans.

*sets of 3 and 2 must be “touch n’ go”

Conditioning:
5 RFT
5 Power Cleans (55-65% of today’s 1 RM)
10 Burpee over the bar
