Strength:
Deadlift 4×8
Add 5-10 lbs from last time
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

WOD:
x20 thrusters (95#/63#)
x30 knees to elbows
x40 double unders
x30 kettlebell swings (50#/30#)
x20 ring push-ups
x10 burpees
