Here is the top male performance so far for 14.1. Now the snatch technique is not the most efficient but this is still a display of unbelievable work capacity.

Strength:
Strict Press 5×5 @ 75-80% of 5RM
or @ 60-65% of 1RM

WOD:
5 rounds for time
x6 front squats (135#/93#)
x9 knees-to-elbows
x12 KB swings (50#/35#)
