Strength:
Back Squat 5×7
Go heavy.
Add 5-10 lbs from last week.

 WOD:

Tabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds) of the following movements:
KB snatches (50#/35#) or DB snatches (45#/30#) (switch arms each round)
Hand release push-ups
Goblet squats
Chest-to-bar pull-ups
