Rich Froning with 225 Squat Snatch Isabel. Pretty ridiculous display of both strength and conditioning and his technique is pretty spot on the whole way through.

Strength:
Back Squat 5×7
– add 5-10lbs from last week
– be sure to record your squat numbers!!

WOD:
EMOM for 10 minutes
x2 clean and jerks (80%-85% of 1RM)
