Here is a nice article that gives 3 general rules to help increase your deadlift. Due to the constantly varied aspect of our programming it can be hard to specialize in one thing unless you put in extra time on the side. If you value having a strong deadlift then applying these rules or guidelines rather to help you get there.

Strength:
5×12 dips
Add weight if desired

WOD (10 minute time limit):
x50 DB snatches (45#/30#) or KB snatches (50#/35#), each arm (100 snatches total)
At the top of each minute, do 5 burpees.
Switch arms as needed.
