WOD: (12 minute time limit)

10 kettlebell swings (50#/35#)
1 DB or KB press, each arm (50#/35#)
1 goblet squat
20 kettlebell swings (50#/35#)
2 DB or KB presses, each arm (50#/35#)
2 goblet squats
30 kettlebell swings (50#/35#)
3 DB or KB presses, each arm (50#/35#)
3 goblet squats
40 kettlebell swings (50#/35#)
4 DB or KB presses, each arm (50#/35#)
4 goblet squats
50 kettlebell swings (50#/35#)
Try your best to get each set of swings to be unbroken.  If you can’t press the weight you’re swinging for a set of five, it’s ok to press a second, lighter weight.
