I thought this was a very cool idea implemented in Moscow to ride the subway for free. A great way to engage people to be more physically active, even if its in small doses. Check out the article below!

WOD:
10 min AMRAP (ascending ladder 2,4,6,8,10…)
db snatch (45/25)(alternate arms each rep)
push ups w/ release
