Here is a clip of the exercise being performed for strength in class today. Don’t let the video fool you though, these are challenging!

Strength:Stability Ball Front Plank Rotations
5×3 each direction (3 right, 3 left)

Sub: If too difficult then do 5×30-45 sec plank holds on the stability ball

5 KB swings (50#/35#)
5 handstand push-ups
10 KB swings
10 deadhang pull-ups
15 KB swings
15 double unders
20 KB swings
20 abmat sit-ups
25 KB swings
1 rope climb
