Some pre squatting mobility tips from K-Star.

Strength:
Back Squat 5×3 @ 60-65%
w/ 1 sec pause at the bottom, no bounce

WOD:
3 rounds for time
7 KB snatches (50#/35#) or DB snatches (45#/30#), left side
7 ring dips
7 KB snatches (50#/35#) or DB snatches (45#/30#), right side
7 burpees
