I hope everyone’s holiday weekend was awesome but now its back to the grind. Here is a little video featuring Ilya Ilin (current 94kg Gold Medalist) battling it out with Vladimir Sedov, get pumped for the week!

Strength:
Strict Press
5×5 @ 60-65% 1RM (no bouncing bar off chest, may need to scale weight for this standard)
If you don’t have a current strict press 1RM then just find a good working weight for 5 reps and keep it there

WOD:
10 min AMRAP
15 snatches (75/55)
30 double unders (sub: 90 single unders)
