If you didn’t get a chance to see the Facebook page in regards to our little poll on weekday morning classes please read below. If you already responded to the Facebook post there is no need to respond here.

Hey Everyone,

So in regards to weekday morning classes we are exploring a few options. Please read  all options and post to comments what option you would rather see happen more, 1, 2, or 3.

Option #1
We move 6:30am to 6:15am, so 6:15-7:15 and on Monday add a 7:15-8:15 class. Wed/Fri 7:30 would also be shifted to 7:15-8:15.

Option #2
We still move 6:30 to 6:15 and still add a 7:15 class (mon/wed/fri) but the 7:15 class would be shortened to 45 min to hopefully allow those that need to make it to work on time enough time to do so. The 7:15 class would be mainly warm up and WOD with a shortened skill/strength or no skill/strength.

Option #3
We keep things exactly the same and just add a Monday 7:30am class that would run 7:30-8:30.

Strength:
Back Squat 3RM

WOD:
12 min AMRAP
1 round Cindy
x3 power cleans @ 70-75% 1RM
Make sure technique can be maintained or lower the power clean weight
