Strength:
12 rounds EMOM
x3 Strict C2B Pull Ups (sub: regular pull ups or banded pull ups or scale volume)
x5 “Perfect” Push Ups (use very strict form)

Both movements done in the same minute

WOD:
“CF Sunnyvale Helen”
3 Rounds for time of:
400 meter run (Lap around parking lot)
21 KB Swings 53/35#
12 Pull Ups
