Here is some crazy heavy weight being moved by USA’s very own Kendrick Farris. This guy has beautiful technique, I recommend watching this is slow mo by pausing his lift multiple times as he goes through the motion. Notice his power position just before he fully extends his hips, beautiful. Love it!
