Sleep is such a critical component to anyone training regimen and is often overlooked or underestimated. Enough sleep the night before some hard training could mean the difference between making a PR or having a bad day at the gym. It’s really amazing actually how important sleep is. To help educate everyone I have linked an awesome article with a great info-graphic that covers your nightly sleeping as well as mid day naps. The do’s and don’t of both can help lead you to a more rested and recovered self. Take a look!

Every minute on the minute:
1 one-arm snatch, each arm (45#/25# dumbbell or 50#/25# kettlebell)
Add 1 snatch, each arm, each round, until you fail to complete a round.
