Here is a look into a typical warm up for a world class Olympic Weightlifter. Always interesting to see the different routines people have developed over their years of training. It may be hard to tell but in the beginning it looks like he is getting some soft tissue myo-facial relief on the bar dip like set up then goes into a mobility based set of movements. Some of them may look familiar but still very much a unique little warm up he goes through. Could be seeing some of these moves in a future warm up!

Strength:
Back Squat 8RM

Strength:
100 kettlebell swings (50#/35#)

At the top of each minute, do 5 burpees
(Cap at 10 minutes)
