Recently I have had some conversations with members on how to properly care for your hands while doing Crossfit. Given the high volume nature of all the barbell and pull up bar work we do the hands really take a beating and it pays big to know how to properly take care of them outside of the gym. There is nothing more frustrating than having to sit out a few days to a week of training due to ripped or torn hands, especially when it can be avoided by proper hand maintenance routines. I posted this video before about hand care as presented by the great Donny Shankle (American Badass Weightlifter), its a great video and one of my favorites. I hope this helps!
