Now that Crossfit Regionals are done and gone I (Coach Devin) have been personally shifting my training focus to a more strength based program to help build strength and further develop technique in the Olympic Lifts. Here is a recent in training video from last week that I though I might share with everyone just so you can see that I in fact practice the things that I preach. Can you spot any technique flaws?!
