Dmitriy Klokov is the man and one of my favorite 105kg weightlifters. Here he is reppin’ out squat clean thrusters @ 155kg (341lbs)! He hits 7 reps I believe in about 2 min, pretty impressive stuff. Very cool to see crossfit is making enough of an impact on the world that a world class top Russian weightlifter is putting out videos and labeling them “Cross Fit.” What are your thoughts on Klokovs stream of recent “Cross Fit” videos?
