Strength Focus

Back Squat 3×5 (add 5# to last workout)

Conditioning:

With 1 kb or db, perform 3 rounds of:
10 get-up sit-ups right arm
8  push presses right arm
20 yard waiter walk (overhead) right arm
repeat w/ left arm

-rest 1 min between rounds

    Fun workout although my neck is gonna feel it later. It’s difficult to shoulder the weight on the last rounds. Forearms arm stiff to.
